I'm sure everybody who could weigh on this would have a different take on this, but according to a local Fox News affiliate in Pheonix, it's Britney Spears. Psycho? Possibly. Foolish? Not the most foolish person in America, according to the numbers flashed on the screen during this report.
But I think this really makes the foolish person in America anyone who watches Fox because they claim to be "fair and balanced".

OMG! I didn't see this, I refuse to watch faux news. They claimed Spears won, but did you catch who get the most votes?

Good point about who the real fools are. Also, Britney may be a fool, but what does that say about the millions of people who spent their money on her CD's, concerts, etc.
He's not only foolish, but dangerously foolish to himself and the world.

I agree with you, Lew. The most foolish person in America IS the one who regularly listens to and believes rightwing propaganda!
That might put us at the risk of being considered "cop-outs", kind of like when Time Magazine named the person of the year as "You"... so if I had to pick an individual as the biggest fool in America, I might have to go with Pat Robertson. Others in the running would include Jerry Falwell, James Dobson, Tim LaHaye, basically any religious fundamentalist who goes about blabbing about, as Ambrose Bierce said, "Belief without evidence in what is told by one who speaks without knowledge, of things without parallel." And that group DOES include Dumbya, of course!
